You have found your way to the WordPress site for ENGL3844–Welcome!
Project Two: Walkings is described in detail in Canvas. The project builds through installments and rounds of review, as follows:
- Installment #1 – five entries – Google Folder – Due October 10, 2025
- Installment #2 – ten entries – Google Folder – Due October 31, 2025
- On each of the first two installments, you will receive feedback from me, your professor.
- Near the end of October, you should begin familiarizing yourself with WordPress. Additional instructions are posted in Canvas.
- Peer Review – by November 10, you must have ten entries set up here in WordPress. Your peer review groupmates will be reading your work-in-progress in WordPress and posting peer reviews in Canvas.
- Installment #3 – completed project – WordPress – Due December 1, 2025
You will receive access to WordPress in early October, and I will also be posting peer review groups (with links to your in-progress projects) for your convenience.
If you ever have questions about how we are using WordPress this semester, please remember that you can join a weekly Zoom hour (listed in the Course Schedule in Canvas) or you can post a question to the virtual office space in Canvas.
Peer Review Links
For peer review, drafts of in-progress projects must be posted here, in WordPress, by Tuesday, November 11. Paste the link to your published project in the Canvas discussion thread dedicated to peer review. Then proceed with reviewing the project drafts created by two of your groupmates. The review round will conclude at 11:59 p.m. on Friday, November 14, so all reviews must be posted in the Canvas discussion designated for peer review by that time to be considered for credit.
